Buildings

Five low buildings of five floors each, ground floor and four floors. Each one has twenty apartments of two and three rooms.

First in quality for their location and finishing details, with elevator and underfloor heating. Their important added value, besides the ample and functional interior spaces, are the terrace balconies with barbecue, all with a direct view of the lagoon. Swimming pool and tennis courts, among other facilities.

Located at the access to Santa Bárbara and Nordelta, this supply and office center has 3500 square meters. The building has two fronts: one with activity on wide sidewalks and the parking lot on the entrance road, and a quieter one with green spaces and good views towards the interior of the gated community. It is developed with movements generating special places with external stairs, a fountain, balconies and a sector with arches.

It has premises for gastronomy, daily supply, pharmacy, drugstore, ice cream shop and other daily uses. On its upper floors there are studios and offices of different surfaces, some of them in duplex with a wonderful view of the lagoon. The architecture has a strong natural character; it is contextual and integrates with the spirit of the residential architecture without altering the prevailing bucolic component of the place. Semi-covered wooden galleries, inclined roofs, brick arches and wooden platforms are the materials of the building, with stone floors, parks, a fountain, food areas and places for resting within a very balanced landscaping.

A complex of offices on Route 27, at the access to the Santa María de Tigre gated community, giving the area a work infrastructure in line with the development of the new Tigre. Located on a plot of two hectares, the 3500 m² complex is formed by three buildings for studios or offices and a fourth corporate building for large companies.

The buildings are linked by promenades with pergolas around a large central park, proposing a new way of working closely related to nature. The studios and offices have 40 m², warm-cold air conditioning, a kitchenette, a toilet, an archive and a private parking space, and can be joined to form larger studios.

The complex also has tennis courts, courtesy parking for visitors, a multipurpose room for conferences and large meetings, and a central water mirror in the garden. The whole group is conceived for a perfect communication between users and the surrounding land, taking care of the green spaces, the orientation of the buildings and the existing ancient trees.
